| 摘 要： | 根据某系列机床主轴轴承装配中钢球装入保持架工序的要求，结合其工序内容及操作特点，提出了设计钢球自动压装机以实现该工序的自动化。实践证明该设计方案在提升轴承制造水平、实现高效优质生产及提高企业经济效益等方面具备优势。

| Abstract: | According to the process requirements for the steel ball and retainer assembly in a series of machine tool spindle bearing, combined with the process content and operating characteristics, this paper puts forward the design of steel ball automatic pressing machine to realize the automation of the process. The practical result has proved that the design scheme can enhance the bearing manufacturing level, and that it has the advantage of achieving high efficiency and high quality production and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. |
