| 摘 要： | 在半个多世纪里，周恩来在总结国际共产主义运动的经验，特别是在不断总结我国革命和建设的经验的基础上，对党的建设提出了许多真知灼见的理论观点，这些观点包括党的建设必须把思想理论建设放在首位、坚持民主集中制、正确进行党内斗争、倡导优良作风等。周恩来的观点极大地丰富了毛泽东的党建思想，在中国革命和建设的过程中发挥了重大的指导作用。

| Abstract: | In more than half a century, on the basis of summing up the experience of international communist campaigns, especially the experience of Chinese revolution and construction, ZHOU En-lai provided a lot of deep insight and bright ideas for constructing the Communist Party of China, which include putting ideology and theory construction in the first place, adhering to democratic centralism, carrying through struggle in the Party correctly, advocating fine style of work and so on. These ideas have enriched MAO Ze dongs thought of Party construction and played an important role of guide in the process of Chinese revolution and construction. |
