| 摘 要： | 在执政条件下，“建设一个什么样的党、怎样建设党”的问题是中国共产党面临的一个重大历史课题。中国共产党执政60年来对执政党的自身建设进行了艰辛探索。十六大以来，中国共产党总结执政党建设的历史经验教训，牢牢把握党的执政能力建设和先进性建设这条主线，以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设，不断提高党的执政水平和领导水平，始终保持和发展党的先进性，提出了一系列执政党建设的新思想、新观点、新论断，使党始终成为团结带领人民建设中国特色社会主义的坚强领导核心。

| Abstract: | ＂Building what kind of party and how to build the party＂ is a major historical issue faced by the Chinese Communist Party that is in power. As the ruling party, the Chinese Communist Party＇s construction has made arduous explorations in 60 years. Since the Sixteenth Congress, the Chinese Communist Party has summarized the experiences and lessons profoundly, grasping the building of governance capability and advanced nature firmly, pushing forward the party＇s building comprehensively in the reform and innovative spirits, enhancing the Party＇s governance and leadership constantly, maintaining and developing the Party＇s progressiveness, which have made the party as a strong core of leadership always. |
