| 摘 要： | 论文通过对当前图书馆网站评价指标体系的分析，结合公共图书馆的特点，提出一套评价公共图书馆网站的指标体系。并以湖南省图书馆网站为实证研究对象，运用层次分析法确定了指标体系的各项指标权重，依据模糊综合评价方法的相关理论进行了公共图书馆网站评价，最后根据测评结果提出今后的改进建议，为公共图书馆网站的评估提供了可行性评价方法。
