跳舞活动对中老年知识妇女红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的影响及其与衰老关系的探析

摘    要:对18例长期坚持跳舞健身活动的中老年知识妇女红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和含量进行测定与同龄健康对照组比较,并探析其与衰老的相互关系。结果表明,以有氧代谢为主的跳舞健身活动可提高人体红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的活性及含量,增强红细胞抵御超氧自由基损伤的能力,阻止体内自由基水平的升高,减少自由基对组织细胞的损伤,从而起到妊鳐衰老、延长寿命的作用。

Abstract:the activation and content of red-cell SOD of 18 middle-or old-aged intellectual women who insisted on dancing for a long time had been tested by controlling with the same-aged health one's,then had been analyzed the realation to decrepitude.It shows that the dancing,which is subject of oxygencontain metablism,can increase the red-cell SOD's activation and content,enhance the red-cell's resistance to the damage of superoxide-free-radical,hold back the increasing of body's free radical content,decrease the damage to organ and cell,and then delay the body's decrepitude and prolong life.
