摘    要:大腿股后肌群拉伤是短跑运动员常见的运动损伤之一,所形成的原因各有不同,其治疗手法更是多种多样,而预防性的训练也是有章可循的。研究短跑运动员股后肌群损伤的原因及治疗和预防方法,可以在教学训练中掌握主动权,减少损伤发生率,保证运动员的正常训练,创造优异的运动成绩。

Abstract:The pulled empress muscle cluster is one kind of the sport hurts among the sprinters.The factors to caused it are various and also the treatments are varied,but the prevention training has its basis to follow.Therefore,the study on the factors,treatment and prevention measures for the pulled empress muscle cluster will help to control and reduce the hurt rates in the training,so as to guarantee the normal training and create the excellent sports results
