| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作的对象是人，只有把思想政治工作的重心转移到对人的研究上，才能探索出思想政治工作的新思路。转变思想观念，不断提升人的思想素质；加强教育扣引导，切实提高人的基本能力；多方并举，突出体现人的主体地位是体现“以人为本”的重要方式。

| Abstract: | The object of ideological education is man, so only by shifting the focus of ideological education to the study of man can we work out the new ideas of ideological education. The main ways to show man-orientation consist of transferring the conceptions to continuously raise people＇s ideological quality, enhancing education and guidance to improve people＇s fundamental abilities in real earnest and carrying on concurrently in many ways to highlight people＇s mainstay. |
