电镀锌-铁合金的工艺研究

摘    要:本文主要研究了常温下电镀锌铁合金的方案和工艺,并讨论各种工艺参数时镀层的影响。实验结果表明:影响镀层性能的主要因素为镀液中金属高子浓度比、阴极电流密度和电镀时间。本文找出了最佳的电镀方案和工艺条件。

Abstract:In this paper, the plan and technological process for electroplating Zn-Fe alloy in roomtemperature were researched, and the influence factors on the properties of plating was discussed. The result of experiments show that the main influence faetors on the properties of plating are the concentrations of Metal ion, current density of cathode and the plating time. In addition, the optimum plan and technological process were given in this paper.
