| 摘 要： | 软件产业已经成为国民经济和社会信息化的基础性、战略性产业。从软件产业链的角度,分析了我国软件产业发展中存在的问题。根据国外经验并结合我国自身的潜在优势,对完善我国软件产业链及发展软件产业提出了相应的建议。
