| 摘 要： | 结合现代学徒制的内涵要求,以江苏21所高职院校为例,从外在与潜在两方面构建了酒店管理专业教师胜任力评价指标体系,建立了教师胜任力评价模型。运用模糊综合评价法,分别对样本数据的外在、潜在与综合胜任力水平予以评价。研究结果显示,样本学院的酒店管理专业教师的外在与潜在胜任力分别为处于较低和中等水平,且综合胜任力属于低水平级别,离中等水平尚存在一定差距。在此基础上,提出一些针对性的意见和建议,以期在现代学徒制背景下,为提升高职院校酒店管理专业教师的竞争力提供一定的参考和借鉴。
