| 摘 要： | 语言文字能力是一个人最重要的素质之一。信息高速公路的发展，要求电子科技人员必须学会快速阅读专业英语的能力；因此，继续仿照大学英语的模式来教授专业英语可能是不合适的。因而，选用适当的教材，改变传统教学方法，是提高专业英语教学效果行之有效的途径。

| Abstract: | Redading and writing ability is one of the essential qualities one is supposed to hare.Scientist and engineers in electronical field, in view of the derelopment in information highway, are required to be able to translate the professional English fast. Therefore, it may be improper to teach professional English by following the method of general college English. It is an efficient approach to improving Professional English teaching to adopt proper texbooks and change the traditional imthodology. |
