淀粉改性制备高吸水性树脂的合成研究

摘    要:通过酯化反应,在淀粉链上引入不饱和的单体,以N、N-二亚甲基-二甲基丙烯酸酰胺为交联剂,并添加膨润土,制备成淀粉-丙烯酸共聚高吸水性树脂.通过实验确定MA与淀粉的质量比、交联剂的性能、引发剂的浓度以及膨润土对高吸水性树脂吸水性能的影响.

Abstract:By means of esterification, unsturaled monomer is brought into the amylum chain, taking N, N-methenyl-dimethyl acrlamide as the cross-linking agent and adding some bentonites so as to make polyamylum-crylinacid high hydroscopity resin. The experiment will confirm the quality rate of MA and amylum, the capability of cross-linking agent, the concentration of initiating agent and the effect of bentonite on high hydroscopicity resin.
