| 摘 要： | 高校在班级建立党支部,是党的基层组织建设的一项改革创新。如何开展好这项工作,特别是如何以班级党支部建设为契机,进一步提高高校党建工作的质量和效果,切实抓好学生党员的后续教育、充分发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用,是值得高校党建工作者思考的一个重要问题。立足于高校班级党支部建设的实际情况,在支部管理、工作考核中引入绩效管理理念,通过先进的管理方式,提高班级党支部工作的质量、效果,调动学生党员的积极性、主动性和创造性,扩大党在青年大学生中的影响。
