摘    要:人力资本是现代企业和社会发展的重要资本形态,包括教育资本、知识与技术资本、健康资本、迁移与流动资本和培训资本。它具有多重性质:稀缺性,生产性,可变性和功利性;其显特点是:人力资本存在于人体之中,与其承载不可分离。人力资本产权具有复杂性和特殊性。教育在人力资本中具有突出的价值。

Abstract:Man-power capital is an important form of capital in modern enterprises and the development of society, which includes education capital, knowledge and technology capital, health capital, migration and mobility capital, and training capital. They are multi-leveled in nature-scarcity, productivity, changeability, profitability. The following are their features; Man-power capital consists in a person's body, and cannot be separated from its carrier. The property right of man-power capital is complex and unique in nature, ad education possesses great value in man-power capital.
