| 摘 要： | 以800名乒乓球专选班学生和40名乒乓球教练员为研究对象，综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、观察法和访谈法阐述心理技能训练在学生训练、比赛中的应用现状，论述使心理技能训练充分应用于学生训练实际的途径，探讨适用于学生的心理技能训练方法，最后提出若干意见与建议。

| Abstract: | Taking 800 pingpong class students and 40 pingpong trainers as the object of study,and with methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analytic,inspection and interview,the author elaborated the psychological skill training in the students training,in competition's application present situation,and the actual way and method for psychological skill training.Finally gave certain comments and the suggestion. |
