| 摘 要： | SA8000和反倾销是西方国家对我国国际贸易的两大非关税壁垒,这两种机制对我国经济发展存在多方面的负面影响.鉴于此,我国应积极寻找应对措施,在政府、企业和市场三个主体之间建立预警机制,使SA8000为经济的健康发展发挥作用.

| Abstract: | SA8000 and anti-dumping are two major non-tariff barriers for China in the international trade with western countries,which have negative impact for the economic development of China.In view of this,to make SA8000 play a role in the healthy development of economy,China should actively look for measures to cope with it,and establish early-warning mechanism among government,enterprises and market. |
