摘    要:业已证明,剧烈运动与机体的氧化应激所致的组织损伤相关.酶类和非酶类抗氧化系统在保护机体免受运动性氧化应激损伤中起着重要作用.日益增多的证据表明,运动训练可上调骨骼肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性以及谷胱苷肽(GSH)的含量,表现出很强的运动适应性.

Abstract:It is well established that Strenuous exercise is associated with oxidative stress and tissue damage in the body.Enzymatic and nonenzymatic antioxidants play a important role in protecting tissues from excessive oxidative damage during exercise.Growing evidence indicates that exercise training results in an elevation in the activities of both superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase along with increased cellular concentrations of glutathione in skeletal muscles, thereby showed great adaptability in response to exercise.
