| 摘 要： | 加入世贸组织后对大学生在道德世界建设上的基础要求是信用。这种信用不仅包括人的品格和情操，更为基本的是对人的责任能力的确认。诚信道德是现代市场经济条件下对大学生人格前提的基本要求。失信是经济体制转型期最易发生的败德现象，严重的失信会延缓甚至瓦解市场化进程。大学生诚信道德状况将直接关系市场经济条件下的道德秩序。以人为本，构建大学生诚信道德建设体系十分重要。

| Abstract: | After entering into the WTO, the basic requirement of college students with regards to virtue is trustworthiness. This not only pertains to a person's character and morals, but is also a confirmation of a person's ability. Honesty and trustworthiness are necessary to a person in a modern market economy. Losing trust could happen easily while the economic system is changing, which could slow or even disintegrate the market progress. The state of a college student's honesty and trustworthiness will affect the state of virtue in the market economy. Therefore, It's very important to cultivate the virtues of honesty and trustworthiness for college students. |
