| 摘 要： | 世纪之交，湖南旅游业面临新的发展机遇与挑战，要继续保持快速、稳定、健康的发展势头，就必须认清形势，统筹安排，加快各项设施建设。只有坚定不移地实施可持续发展战略、化战略、人才战略、资本战略、名牌战略，才能使湖南旅游业的发展迈上一个新台阶，在新世纪里真正成为全省的支柱产业和国民经济新的增长点。

| Abstract: | At the turn of the century, tourism industry in Hunan is faced with a new opportunity and a challenge as well. In order to keep fast, steady and healthy development trend, we must be fully aware of the situation and speed up the fundamental construction. Only when we carry out the sustainable development strategies in culture, talent, capital and famous brand, and a serious of other viable development strategy, can the tourism industry in Hunan be promoted to a new stage, becoming the pillar industry in Hunan Province and the new increasing point of the national economy in the new century. |
