| 摘 要： | 女大学生就业问题存在“公用地悲剧”,为了使劳动生产率提高而使用资源的成本降到最低,用人单位都倾向于“择男舍女”,以获得自身利益的最大化,而女大学生就业难的问题则由全社会承担。应通过制度设计来规范用人单位的用人取向,尽可能地减少由于自由选择而带来的“公用地悲剧”。

| Abstract: | There is the Tragedy of Commons in College Female Students' Employment problem.For making the labor rate of production higher and the cost declining to lowest,the employer tend to hire male but female.But the College Female Students' Employment problem would do harm to the whole society.The trend of the employer should be adjusted by designing suitable policies system to avoid the Tragedy of Commons possibly. |
