| Abstract: | At present,It is very important for the graduates of the financial accounting major to find a job suited to them.In view of existing sitation.The authors explore a way to foster the graduates of the financial accounting major with high qualities from four aspects: the theoretical knowledge,the practical ability,the professional ethics and the ability of making innovations. |
