| 摘 要： | 我国转型期的社会结构分化为富裕阶层、贫困阶层和中等收入者阶层。这三个阶层的结构呈金字塔状,贫困阶层占的比重过大。而合理的社会结构应是橄榄型的,即富裕阶层和贫困阶层占的比重少,中等收入阶层占的比重大。中等收入者阶层是社会稳定和发展的主体。为此,我们应积极采取措施,增加中等收入者的比重。

| Abstract: | The social structure in transition of our country is divided into wealthy, underprivileged and medium-income groups. The structure of the 3 groups is pyramid in shape, and the proportion of the underprivileged group is too large. Rational social struc-ture should be olive in shape, the proportion of the wealthy or underprivileged group is small, and the proportion of the medium-income group large. The medium-income group is the main part of social stability and development. So we should take active measures to enlarge the proportion of the medium-income group. |
