| 摘 要： | 实现义务教育均衡发展需要均衡办学条件和师资水平、充足的教育经费、政府强有力的财政支持.本文从加大义务教育财政支出规模的可行性与必然性入手,分析义务教育财政支出规模的现状及取得的成绩,提出推进义务教育均衡发展必须进一步加大财政支出规模的政策建议.
