| 摘 要： | 本文提出,在我国高等教育大众化过程中,随着高等教育规模的不断扩张,建立健全系统、科学、高效的本科教学质量保证体系是保证本科教学质量的有效途径。并在基于全面质量管理和ISO9000理论的基础上,对研究型大学本科教学质量保证体系构建的依据、组成要素、内容体系、建设实践等进行了探索和研究。

| Abstract: | The paper proposes that it is an effective way to ensure the quality of undergraduate teaching by establishing and improving systematic,scientific and efficient teaching system in the process of the popularization and continuous expansion of Chinese higher education.Besides,the paper explores and studies the foundation,elements,content system and construction practice of undergraduate teaching quality assurance system in research universities based on Total Quality Management and ISO9000 theory. |
