“三段式”教学模式在外科实践教学中的应用

摘    要:随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,传统的教学模式已经不能适应现代教学的需要,教学模式改革已迫在眉睫。为了适应职业教育的发展,我院在外科实践教学中推行了"实验—讲授—再实验"的三段式教学模式。该模式以能力为中心,以满足职业岗位群需要为导向,围绕职业岗位能力进行训练,通过几年的实践观察,其效果显著。

Abstract:With the the rapid development to China's higher vocational education,traditional teaching methods can not adapt to the needs of modern teaching,teaching model reform is urgent.In order to adapt to the development of vocational education,our college has implement three-step teaching mode "experiment-teaching-and then experiment" in surgical practice teaching.The mode is to take the ability as center.meet the needs of professional job-oriented group,the ability to conduct post centering on vocational training.Through practice observation of several years,the results are obvious.
