| 摘 要： | 企业文化力是企业文化对企业发展的作用力，具有经营管理的引导、规范、激励、凝聚、约束等作用。企业文化创新有增强企业市场适应及应变能力的作用。中小企业如果忽视企业文化的建设，就会导致企业文化力薄弱，难以形成良好的市场适应及应变能力。企业文化力作用方向若与企业发展要求一致，将会推动中小企业的良性发展。成为中小企业健康成长的内在决定因素。

| Abstract: | Enterprise culture power functions enterprise culture＇ s guidance, standardization, improvement, concentration and restrains on the enterprise management. The innovation of enterparise culture can very important rule of strengthening the enterprise markets＇ adaptation and changeability. The recession of the enterprise is due to the lack of the innovation vitality and impetus in an enterprise. If the small and medium-sized enterprises ignore the construction of the enterprise culture, the enterprise culture power will be lessened and difficult to shape the better adaptive capability. Therefore, it will give the great impact on the enterprise ＇ s healthy growth. So the enterprise culture power is as the inner decisive faetor for the healthy growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises. |
