| 摘 要： | 核心专利在产业中具有重要的地位,从理论上区分核心专利与基本专利、外围专利和重要专利等术语,总结归纳核心专利的特征以及定义。进而,以新能源汽车装置领域为专利数据样本,利用多元回归模型实证分析核心专利挖掘指标对核心专利的影响效应及解释能力,得到引用专利数量、IPC分类号数量、同族专利数量和同族专利被引用专利数量指标对核心专利显著正相关,说明书页数、附图页数和摘要字数逻辑回归中不显著,即其在核心专利挖掘中所起作用非常小,专利许可是有可能对核心专利显著正相关,专利权利转移与核心专利之间没有什么关系。研究从实证角度对核心专利挖掘指标的理论基础,对于核心专利挖掘具有重要的指导意义。

Research on Core Patent Mining Index:taking the field of new Energy Automotive Device as an Example |

| Abstract: | Core patents play an important role in the industry, to distinguish the core patents, basic patents, peripheral patents and important patents in theory, and summarize the characteristics and definitions of core patents. Then, taking in the field of new energy automobile device as the analysis data, using multiple regression model empirical analysis of core patents mining index, the result shows that the number of cited patents, IPC classification numbers, patent family number and the number of cited patent family are the significantly related to the core patents, but the number of pages of the specifications, the number of pages of the figure, and the abstract words is not significant in logic regression. The patent licensing may be positively related to core patents, the patent right transfer has no relative to core patents. This paper enriches the theoretical index of core patents mining, and meaningful managerial guiding for core patents mining based on this study. |
