| 摘 要： | 系统梳理了中国新能源汽车产业地方保护的现状,深度剖析了地方保护对新能源汽车产业的危害,并综合分析了新能源汽车地方保护的经济根源。从国家顶层设计、财税制度改革和打通使用环节等3个层面出发,提出了破除新能源汽车产业地方保护的具体建议。

Study on the Local Protection of China |

| Abstract: | Currently, China"s new energy auto industry is in the key period of transition from policy-driven to market-led. With the decline of financial subsidies, sustainable development of new energy auto industry is becoming more and more dependent on a unified market, and the negative impact of local protection is increasingly prominent at the same time. This paper systematically analyzes the status quo of new energy auto industry local protection in China, how local protection will do harm to new energy auto industry, and the economical root causes of local protection. On this basis, it puts forward three specific proposals, which focus on national top-level design, fiscal and taxation system reform, and the sector of using, to remove local protection. |
