| 摘 要： | 首先回顾专利组合分析方法相关文献,然后从德温特专利数据库抽取2007—2016年共129 729项手机专利数据,对专利拥有量排在前列的智能手机企业进行实证研究;利用相对技术优势来界定技术强度,以技术吸引力、专利相对位置和技术强度为指标绘制专利组合图,量化研究智能手机企业的技术竞争力。研究发现,国产手机企业在应用与服务和低功耗领域与国际龙头企业差距较小,在人机交互领域有一定差距,应当加大相应领域的研发投入。

Research on Technological Competiveness of Smartphone Enterprises Based on Patentometrics Analysis |

| Abstract: | First of all, the method of patent portfolio analysis is reviewed. Then, a total of 129729 patent items from 2007 to 2016 are extracted from Derwent database where 7 representative smartphone enterprises are selected as the subjects. In this paper, relative patent advantage is used to define technological strength; technological competitiveness of the enterprises is quantitatively studied with technology attractiveness, relative patent position and technological strength as indices. The study found that the gap between domestic and foreign enterprises in the technological fields of application and service as well as low-power consumption is narrowed, while the gap in the field of human-computer interaction is quite big, and investment should be increased accordingly. |
