城市再生水项目投入与经济发展关系实证研究

摘    要:基于线性回归方法与向量自回归模型,首先分析西安市再生水项目投入会产生的环境效果,之后研究这部分环境效果与西安市人均GDP之间的关系。研究结果表明,加大对再生水项目的投入,可以更好地去除污水中的污染物质,产生良好的环境效果,这部分环境效果与经济发展之间存在长期正相关关系。经济增长对再生水项目环境效果指标的预测方差贡献较大,再生水项目对经济发展的预测方差贡献较小。建议采用合理的经济补贴与政策组合,鼓励技术创新,使用新技术新工艺,促进再生水项目与经济的和谐发展。

An empirical study on the relationship between urban reclaimed water project input and economic development
Abstract:The reclaimed water project has great social and environmental benefits. Making clear the relationship between the input of reclaimed water project and economic development is helpful to promote the development of reclaimed water project, so as to save water resources and improve water environment. This text bases on the linear regression method and the vector autoregressive model. First, analyze the environmental effect of the reclaimed water project investment in Xi"an, then study the relationship between the environmental effect and the per capita GDP of Xi"an. The results show that increasing the input of reclaimed water project can remove the pollutants in the sewage better, produce good environmental effects which have a long-term positive correlation with economic development.Economic growth contributes greatly to the prediction variance of environmental effect indicators of reclaimed water projects, the reclaimed water project contributes less to the prediction variance of economic development. It is suggested to adopt reasonable economic subsidy and policy combination, encourage technological innovation, use new technology and new technology to promote the harmonious development of reclaimed water project and economy.
