| 摘 要： | 自然资源依赖对技术创新的挤出效应是资源诅咒发生的原因之一。首先从理论上分析自然资源依赖挤出技术创新的传导机理,然后利用中国31个省份(不含港澳台地区)的数据对自然资源依赖对技术创新投入和技术创新产出的影响进行实证分析。研究结果发现,从整体上看,自然资源依赖对技术创新投入和技术创新产出都存在挤出效应;然而,进一步分析则表明,自然资源依赖对技术创新投入和技术创新产出的挤出效应仅在资源依赖程度高的地区存在。要规避资源诅咒,从技术创新的角度来说,就是要消除自然资源依赖对技术创新的挤出效应;对于资源依赖程度高的地区来说,就要提高技术创新的投入和产出效率。

Study on the Crowding out Effect of Natural Resource Dependence on Technological Innovation |

| Abstract: | The crowding out effect of natural resource dependence on technological innovation is one of the reasons for the "resource curse". This paper firstly analyzes the transmission mechanism of natural resource dependence crowding out technological innovation, and then uses the data of 31 provinces in China to empirically analyze the influence of natural resource dependence on technological innovation input and technological innovation output. The results show that, on the whole, the natural resource dependence has a crowding out effect on technological innovation input and technological innovation output. However, further analysis shows that the crowding out effect of natural resource dependence on technological innovation input and technological innovation output exists only in regions with high resource dependence. To avoid the resource curse, from the point of view of technological innovation, to eliminate the crowding out effect of natural resource dependence on technological innovation, for the region with a high degree of resource dependence, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of input and output of technological innovation. |
