| 摘 要： | 在调查研究和参与体育行政部门评估的基础上,通过问卷调查、访谈、评估、案例研究、实际运作等具体研究方法,并从国家青少年体育俱乐部赖以生存与发展的硬件和软件环境建设入手,对其发展状况做了详尽细致的调查与分析,以总结经验,发现其运行过程中存在的问题,并提出了国家青少年体育俱乐部良性运行的有效机制和今后的发展思路。

| Abstract: | Based on investigation and evaluation involved the sports administration departments,using the method of questionnaire,interview,evaluation,case analysis and actual application and from the point of software and hardware environment construction relying on existence and development of our junior sports clubs,this paper made a detailed investigation and analysis.The main purpose was to summarize the experience,find out the existing problems and put forwarded the developing ideas and effective mechanism of our junior sports clubs in the future development. |
