摘    要:面对学科间交叉融合日益密切的时代特征,跨学科研究生培养成为世界研究生教育改革发展的重要趋势。在分析了特色行业大学开展跨学科研究生培养的现实意义和存在问题的基础上,提出了行业特色大学着力推进跨学科研究生培养的举措:以优势学科为主体,建立跨学科研究平台促进形成跨学科研究生培养的良好氛围;充分发挥与行业结合紧密和特色学科的优势,组建跨学科、跨单位的研究生导师团队,提升研究生解决跨学科问题的能力;开设高水平跨学科综合课程,打造跨学科研究课程体系,培养研究生跨学科知识体系和跨学科思维模式。

Abstract:Faced with the increasingly significant cross-and-fusion between disciplines in the new era,interdisciplinary postgraduate training has become an important trend in the reform and development of postgraduate education all over the world.On the basis of analyzing the practical significance and the existing problems of interdisciplinary postgraduate training,the measures for universities with industry characteristics to vigorously promote the interdisciplinary postgraduate training are proposed:establishing interdisciplinary research platforms by taking advantageous disciplines as the main body to promote the formation of a good atmosphere for interdisciplinary postgraduate training;setting up an interdisciplinary and cross-job postgraduate tutor teams by giving full play to the advantages of the close combination with the industry and the characteristic disciplines to enhance the ability of postgraduates to solve interdisciplinary problems;setting up high-level interdisciplinary integrated courses and constructing interdisciplinary research curriculum systems for postgraduates to build up their interdisciplinary knowledge system and interdisciplinary thinking mode.
