| 摘 要： | 学生质量是学校发展的生命线。刚步入大学的新生面临学习方式、人际关系、社会环境等变化的客观问题,学业表现可以说是新生适应大学生活的晴雨表。通过对部分挂科学生进行半结构式访谈,发现挂科学生的群体特征为:中学教育管理相对严格或母亲陪读,学生自我管理能力弱;父亲在孩子成长过程中角色缺失;学生时间管理紊乱,沉迷于游戏追剧,运动锻炼较少。人际关系一般,师生互动较少。据此,提出相应的对策,以期引导新生尽快适应大学阶段的学习和生活。

| Abstract: | The quality of students is the lifeline of school development.Freshmen who just enter university are faced with the problems such as the changes in their learning style,interpersonal relationship and social environment.Academic performance can be regarded as a barometer for their adaption of university life.Through semi-structured interviews with some failing students,it is found that the group characteristics of those failing students are as follows:their middle school life is usually strictly controlled by others or they are often supervised by his or her mother in their study,so their self-management ability is weak;the absence of the role of father in their life as they grow up;the disorder in their time management,the addiction to games and movies,and the lack of physical exercise;the interpersonal relationship is not very good;the lack of teacher-student interaction,etc.Based on the above investigation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to guide the freshmen to quickly adapt to the study and life in universities. |
