| 摘 要： | 新时代党外代表人士肩负的使命更加繁重,地位和作用更加重要,进一步加强高校党外代表人士教育培养显得更为重要。通过对部分上海高校党外代表人士教育培养选拔工作现状的调研和分析,从正反两面梳理取得的进步和存在的问题,进而分析影响党外代表人士教育培养的主客观因素、党外代表人士成长的规律,提出进一步加强党外代表人士教育培养的路径与对策建议。

| Abstract: | In the new era,non-Party representatives shoulder a more arduous mission,and their status and role is more important.It is getting more important to further strengthen the education and cultivation of non-Party representatives in colleges and universities.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the education,cultivation and selection of non-Party representatives in some colleges and universities in Shanghai,this paper combs the progress and the existing problems from the two sides of pros and cons,then analyzes the subjective and objective factors affecting the education and cultivation of the non-Party representatives and the growth law of those representatives.Finally,it puts forward the approaches and countermeasures to further strengthen the education and cultivation of non-Party representatives. |
