机械专硕“机器视觉原理与应用”教学案例库建设

摘    要:案例库建设与应用对于机械工程专业学位研究生实践创新能力的培养具有重要意义。在分析“机器视觉原理与应用”课程特点及案例教学需求的基础上,探讨了“机器视觉原理与应用”教学案例库的建设思路及架构,构建了视觉测量、缺陷检测、目标跟踪、机器人视觉、3D视觉、深度学习等6个技术专题的智能制造教学案例库,给出了典型案例的设计过程及主要内容。教学实践结果表明,机器视觉案例得到了学生的普遍认可,激发了学生学习的积极性,可以满足专业学位研究生“机器视觉原理与应用”课程的教学需求。

Abstract:The construction and application of case base is of great significance to the cultivation of practical innovation ability of mechanical engineering professional degree postgraduate students.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the course of Principles and Applications of Machine Vision and the needs of case teaching,the construction of the teaching case database of this course is discussed.The content includes ideas and architecture,such as intelligent manufacturing teaching case bases of technical topics of visual measurement,defect detection,target tracking,robot vision,3D vision and deep learning.The results of teaching practice show that the case of machine vision has been widely recognized by students,and students’learning enthusiasm is stimulated,which can meet the teaching needs of Principles and Applications of Machine Vision for professional degree postgraduates.
