| 摘 要： | 酒店实训教师的教学水平直接影响着旅游管理专业学生酒店实践技能的高低,酒店实训教师的继续教育工作势在必行。本文分析了旅游管理专业酒店实训教师继续教育的必要性,以吉林师范大学为例,论述了旅游管理专业酒店实训教师的＂综合化＂继续教育模式,并探讨了旅游管理专业酒店实训教师继续教育需要注意的问题。
