| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校毕业生就业网站发展逐步成熟,已成为用人单位发布招聘信息和毕业生求职投递简历的交流平台,同时在高校就业指导工作中发挥重要的作用。本文分析了目前高校毕业生就业网站的现状和存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the site of college graduates employment develops gradually mature,which has become the platform for the employer to release jobs information and graduates to send their resume to find jobs.Meanwhile,it has played an important role in the university career guidance work.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the site of college graduates employment and proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
