| 摘 要： | 文章运用高等教育学、管理学、心理学、人才学、企业人力资源管理等相关理论,从体育院校民族传统体育专业自身人力资源管理特征这一独特视角进行研究,对民族传统体育专业师资队伍结构、激励机制、聘任机制、师资培训等方面存在的问题进行了分析研究,从而为体育院校管理者提供了可参考的理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the research using higher education theory, management, psychology, talent science, the business enterprise human resource management etc. It talks about the problems on teachers team construction, awarding system and so on, and comes up with some suggestions on strengthening the human resource management and improving the core value. The research aims at widening the working and management and tries to provide some theoretical evidences on the management of the sports colleges. |
