摘    要:"包班制"是指在一个班级中由两到三名教师组成一个基本教育工作单元,全面承担一个班级的日常教学训练、班级常规管理和学生生活管理等工作任务的新班级教育模式,它对个别化教育计划的实施与综合教学等教学改革的推进具有重要的促进作用。但在实践的过程中,包班制也存在一些不可避免的问题与弊端,如包班停留在表面形式上,教师之间缺乏沟通交流;教师精力、能力限制,多领域教学专业性不足;以及监督评价体系不完善导致包班教师教育教学工作的盲目性。这些问题的解决还需要学校和教师双方面的努力。

Abstract:The package-shift mode indicates a new pattern of class education,where a basic educational unit composed of two or three teachers in a class undertakes the daily teaching and routine management of the class,as well as the management of the students' daily life. The mode is conducive to both the practice of the program for individualized education and the promotion of the reform of comprehensive teaching. However,in the practice of the mode arise some inevitable problems and defects,such as the merely formalized package-shift for lack of communication between the teachers,and the blind teaching resulting from insufficient professional teaching skills owing to the teachers' limited energy and capability,and the imperfect system of supervision and evaluation. It is necessary for the schools for the mentally retarded and the teachers to make concerted efforts to tackle these problems.
