中度抑郁症状大学生音乐审美欣赏干预的个案研究

摘    要:本研究采用个案研究方法,选取一名中度抑郁症状大学生个案,进行了为期12周共9次的以音乐审美欣赏为核心的心理辅导活动。研究结果表明:本研究所设计的音乐审美欣赏心理辅导活动能显著改善中度抑郁症状大学生的症状水平,培养和训练其调适抑郁症状的能力及技巧,并使这些能力和技巧最终泛化和转移到日常生活中去。

Abstract:In this case study, a college student with moderate depression is selected to receive 9 times a 12- week psychological intervention by aesthetic appreciation of music. The results indicate the following: the intervention by aesthetic appreciation of music can significantly alleviate the college student's symptoms of depression, and cultivate his ability to control and lessen the symptoms in his daily life. This proves that the psychological in- tervention is effective in the treatment of depression.
