| 摘 要： | 美国各类自闭症专业服务和研究机构已超过6000个，且呈现数量持续增加、服务质量不断提升的趋势。这些专业的服务机构在促进自闭症儿童发展、提高其家庭生活质量方面发挥着重要的作用。目前跨学科、跨机构的沟通与合作已成为有效和高质量的管理运作模式的焦点。本文考察了美国自闭症专业服务机构运作模式的发展历程和基本特征，并对我国专业机构的未来发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | There are an increasing number of professional autism-related service organizations （presently totaling more than 6000） in the US, whose quality of service is being unceasingly improved. These organizations play a significant role in promoting the development of autistic children and improving the quality of their family life. At present, interdisciplinary cooperation and interagency communication have been highlighted through an efficient and high-quality mode of professional service management. This article explores the history and basic features of the professional autism-related service organizations, and gives suggestions on the future development of such professional service organizations in China. |
