摘    要:运用积极心理健康教育取向的团体心理辅导方法,采用准实验研究中的“不相等控制组前测后测设计”,以928名灾区中学生为样本,对实验组(进行为期3个月的积极团体心理辅导)和控制组(不进行干预)进行对比研究。研究结果表明,实验组与控制组在团体辅导后心理健康水平表现出显著的差异。与控制组相比,在学习压力、焦虑、情绪不稳、人际敏感等较为突出的心理问题上,实验组学生有明显改善;尤其是中度和重度心理问题得到了显著改善。

Abstract:By means of the mental counseling by the group(oriented towards positive mental health education), and the pretest and posttest designing of the unequal control group in the quasi-experimental study, the researchers chose 928 high school students from the earthquake-hit areas in the comparative study of the experimen- tal group (who received a three-month positive mental counseling by the group) and the control group (who re- eeived no intervention). The results showed that there was a striking difference between the experimental group and the control group in their mental health. Compared with the control group, the experimental group got signifi- candy improved in such psychological problems as learning pressure, anxiety, emotional instability, and interpersonal sensitivity, especially their moderate and severe psychological problems.
