| 摘 要： | 运用积极心理健康教育取向的团体心理辅导方法，采用准实验研究中的“不相等控制组前测后测设计”，以928名灾区中学生为样本，对实验组（进行为期3个月的积极团体心理辅导）和控制组（不进行干预）进行对比研究。研究结果表明，实验组与控制组在团体辅导后心理健康水平表现出显著的差异。与控制组相比，在学习压力、焦虑、情绪不稳、人际敏感等较为突出的心理问题上，实验组学生有明显改善；尤其是中度和重度心理问题得到了显著改善。

| Abstract: | By means of the mental counseling by the group（oriented towards positive mental health education）, and the pretest and posttest designing of the unequal control group in the quasi-experimental study, the researchers chose 928 high school students from the earthquake-hit areas in the comparative study of the experimen- tal group （who received a three-month positive mental counseling by the group） and the control group （who re- eeived no intervention）. The results showed that there was a striking difference between the experimental group and the control group in their mental health. Compared with the control group, the experimental group got signifi- candy improved in such psychological problems as learning pressure, anxiety, emotional instability, and interpersonal sensitivity, especially their moderate and severe psychological problems. |
