| 摘 要： | 为提高学生的实践操作技能,利用校内实训基地的中试车间,以技能大赛的形式让学生动手操作.通过比赛和比赛规则设置,使学生在掌握设备基本操作规程和顺序的基础上,提高了动手能力,缩短了进入工作岗位后的磨合期.
