| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、走访调查、统计分析等研究方法，发现：目前重庆市各高校游泳池设施普遍存在一系列安全隐患，如：硬件不达标、规章制度不完善、救生员制度不规范等；在游泳课施教与课外锻炼中出现的安全教育不到位、未充分了解学生健康状况、考试不规范、未积极引导学生参保等问题。分析重庆市高校游泳安全事故的背后原因，理顺各主体的权利与义务，并提出应对策略。
