摘    要:教师的行动是其实践推理的结果。实践推理先于行动而发生,包含着理解(认识)、评价并以实践行动而表现出来。理解(认识)与评价构成实践推理的基本前提,行动则是实践推理的结果。实践推理既受到实践背景知识的制约,具有权宜性特点,同时也服从于实践的效用性和紧迫性要求。实践推理赋予教育行动以合理性,却并不能保证它成为好的教育实践。在实践的合理性和善好性之间存在某种程度的不相容。好的教育实践可以通过影响教师据以实践推理之前提并让其获得明智的品质来予以保证。

Abstract:Teachers'action is a result of practical reasoning,which occurs before action and contains under-standing (recognition),evaluation and action.Understanding (recognition)and evaluation constitute the basic premise of practical reasoning,and action is the result of practical reasoning.Practical reasoning is constrained by practical background knowledge and has expedient characteristics.Also it is subj ect to the requirements of practical utility and time urgency.Practical reasoning gives the rationality to education ac-tion,but it does not guarantee good educational practice.Practical rationality and friendliness is not compat-ible to some degree.Good educational practice can be ensured by affecting the premise of practical reasoning and letting education practitioners get wise quality.
