| 摘 要： | 中印两国无论在历史、人口规模、地理位置还是经济发展速度方面都很相近,在利用自然资源、物质资源和人力资源这三大资源推动经济社会发展的过程中,两国的人力资源在各自经济社会发展所产生的作用都是最大的。而教育又是人力资源发展的核心和决定因素。因此,比较二者间的教育与人力资源发展特点及其影响因素,将更有利于相互借鉴,取长补短。

| Abstract: | China and India is quite similar on their history,population scale,geographical location and the speed of economic development.As the utilization of respective natural resource,material resource and human resource to push economic and social development,each human resource plays a great important role on it.Education is the core and decisive factor of human resource development.Therefore,by comparing both educational and human resource development characteristics and its influence factors,it is benefit for mutually use for reference and learning from others＇ strong points to offset one＇s weaknesses. |
