| 摘 要： | 教育部高校图工委于1981年应运而生，40年来坚守初心，取得了历史性的成就，积累了宝贵的经验，形成了规律性的认识。展望未来，教育部高校图工委勇担使命，就要更自信地做好高校图书馆事业的研究、咨询、指导、协调等工作，更坚定地推进创新型、信息化、引领式的一流图书馆建设，更全面地完善现代化思想理论、整体化发展理念、智慧化服务理法、价值型思维理性，更精准地指导高校图书馆事业的现代化发展，更有效地促进人与信息的和谐共生关系，共创理论建设新境界、实践发展新高度、价值理性新贡献。

| Abstract: | Steering Committee for Academic Libraries of China(SCAL)was established in 1981.In the past 40 years,SCAL has been remaining true to our original aspiration,making historical achievements,accumulating valuable experience,and forming regular understanding.Looking forward,SCAL will bravely take on the mission and be more confident in the research,consultation,guidance,and coordination of academic librarianship,more steadfast to promote the first-class libraries construction of innovative type,informatization and leading style,more comprehensive to perfect the modernization theories,the integration development ideas,the intelligence service principles,and the value-thinking rationality,more accurate to guide the modernization development of academic libraries,more effective to improve the harmonious symbiotic relationship between human and information,in order to achieve the goal of creating new realm of theoretical construction,enhancing new height of practical development,and making new contribution to value rationality. |
