| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，从历时性的视角，对我国大众体育文化发展的观念层面进行探讨。结果显示：为了适应社会发展需要，党和政府在不同历史时期根据特定的社会背景提出一系列体育思想并制定相应的制度以引导大众体育文化事业的发展。总体上，我国大众体育观念从“保家卫国”、“增强体质为生产、经济、国防建设服务”等向“健身、休闲、娱乐’’等满足人们多元需要的思想方式转变，由单一注重国家利益转向注重国家利益为主兼顾个人的多元化利益并逐渐细化；呈现出体育观念与特定时期的制度相适用的现象。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the development of ideology of the public sports culture in China with documentation and logic analysis from the perspective of diachronic. The results show： in order to adapt to the needs of social development, according to certain social background, the communist Party and the Government put forward a series of PE ideology and make corresponding systems to guide the development of mass sports and cultural undertakings in different historical stages,. Overall, the concepts of our public sports from ＂to defend our country＂, ＂enhanced health for production, economic and national defense construction service,＂ to thought modes like ＂fitness and leisure, entertainment＂ which meet people＇s multiple needs ,from attention to the single interest of the state to mainly of the single interest of the state and also focus on personal interests are gradually concrete. It presents the phenomenon of sports concepts that are suitable for the system in particular period. |
