| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、比较研究法等方法，对美国、日本、韩国等三国中学体育教师培养机构、学制与学分、课程设置、教育实习和毕业条件等方面进行比较研究，辨析其特点与优势。在世界教育发展与改革的大背景下，为我国体育教师培养制度的深化改革与完善提供借鉴和参考的价值。
